Systemctl error (no replies)

Happy new year all!

I have a Pogoplug Pro Oxnas (wifi) running Debian Linux 4.4.79, I've installed a home automation app called BWS HA-bridge the runs well by itself after installing Java. The problem I have is when trying to set up the Java app to run at boot I entered the following:

systemctl daemon-reloads
systemctl start habridge.service
systemctl enable habridge

All resulting in an unknown error code 1, seems to be a systemctl issue. Anyone have a solution?

All I want to do is run it automatically at boot.
