"__nand_correct_data: uncorrectable ECC error" (no replies)

Hello,

I'm running Debian 9 on a Sheevaplug*. The whole system lives on a USB key drive, and I don't use the NAND at this point.

When running "fdisk -l" or "bklid", I get the following errors:

[ 2445.404412] __nand_correct_data: uncorrectable ECC error
[ 2445.409798] blk_update_request: I/O error, dev mtdblock0, sector 0
[ 2445.418725] __nand_correct_data: uncorrectable ECC error
[ 2445.424122] blk_update_request: I/O error, dev mtdblock0, sector 0
[ 2445.430329] Buffer I/O error on dev mtdblock0, logical block 0, async page read
[ 2445.440806] __nand_correct_data: uncorrectable ECC error
[ 2445.446188] blk_update_request: I/O error, dev mtdblock1, sector 0
[ 2445.454129] __nand_correct_data: uncorrectable ECC error
[ 2445.459494] blk_update_request: I/O error, dev mtdblock1, sector 0
[ 2445.465706] Buffer I/O error on dev mtdblock1, logical block 0, async page read
[ 2445.476088] __nand_correct_data: uncorrectable ECC error
[ 2445.481478] __nand_correct_data: uncorrectable ECC error
[ 2445.486846] blk_update_request: I/O error, dev mtdblock2, sector 0
[ 2445.495240] __nand_correct_data: uncorrectable ECC error
[ 2445.500613] __nand_correct_data: uncorrectable ECC error
[ 2445.505994] blk_update_request: I/O error, dev mtdblock2, sector 0
[ 2445.512202] Buffer I/O error on dev mtdblock2, logical block 0, async page read

I read elsewhere it could be a configuation issue rather than a physical problem.

Any idea what I could try and make this error go away (before possibly using the NAND one day)?

Thank you.
