NSA320 end Kernel panic - not syncing (no replies)

I tried many times, just can't get it right. Stock firmware no longer boots, something about bad magic number. The closest I can get is using kwboot and a old sata hard drive. The stock firmware worked before starting this process, my goal is something for file storage using nfs, possibly samba.


Thank you for any help you can offer to show me what I am doing wrong.
