Pogoplug B04 (OXNAS 820) - unable to boot. (1 reply)

Hi,

I have a Pogoplug B04 device (which I assume is Pogoplug Classic v3 regarding to archlinuxarm.com). Recently I have upgraded my uBoot to 2013.10 and tried to use 3.17.0 kernel provided by bodhi.

I've followed all of the steps, including adding ox820-pogoplug-classic.dtb into zImage (i'm using a 1TB usb hdd drive formatted with ext3).
After that I tried to boot to a new filesystem but unfortunatelly with no luck.

Serial console connected shows that the whole process hungs at "Uncompressing Linux... done, booting the kernel.". Googling a bit I assumed that I need to play with "arcNumber" and "machid" variables. I set both to all combinations (arcNumber set w/out machid, with it, even different arcNumbers i.e. for sheevaplug and so) but neither one booted my filesystem.

What I did wrong and how can I fix it? :)

Thanks a lot in advance.

Regards,
smi.
